Gérard Gademann
Biography
Gerard Gademann started to draw at school like many other kids.
His teachers were mad at him because he was always sketching stuff during classes.
Influenced by what he saw along the streets, trains tracks and highways, he started doing graffiti.
After years of crazy stories and runaways with the police, he decided to do some work on canvas in order to give them as presents to some friends. He soon realized that many people liked his work and thought he should share it.
His work is mostly made of mix of spray paint, acrylic and markers. Crazy faces, eyes and mouths, all mixed together with colors in a way that it almost becomes abstract. If you look deeply into his paintings and let your imagination run, you would see and figure out lots of different faces with different characters, moods and feelings.
